Call Center IT Analyst


Requirements:

• 100% English & Spanish written and spoken
• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years desktop support experience using Windows XP and Vista
• VOIP and traditional telephony experience recommended
• 2-3 years networking experience (CCNA preferred)
• Need to be self-motivated and task oriented
• Must be able to troubleshoot PC and networking problems
• Must have experience with Windows networking and Active Directory

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all computers are current with Windows updates and Anti-virus updates for PCI Compliance.
• Assist in troubleshooting network issues between the Monterrey Office and Longview Office.
• Document changes to the network and PC infrastructure and procedures that are implemented for new software or hardware, also maintain existing documentation.
• Provide hardware and software support for call center agents and administrative users.
• Aggressively troubleshoot network issues and outages with ISP carriers.
• Provide weekly updates for projects and tasks assigned
• Troubleshoot existing phone wiring and equipment
• Work closely with IT in Longview to troubleshoot problems with VOIP phones in Monterrey for Administrative users.
