Qualifications:
• 90% English
• Able to work Full Time Shifts
• Age: 18 years old
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer service experience required
• Enthusiasm for travel
• Excellent grammar
• Experience in the Travel industry (call centers, credit card companies, airlines, travel agencies, etc)
• Good listening skills
• Good voice tone (energetic personality)
• Knowledge in US states abbreviations
• Minimum education: High school
• Negotiation skills
• Perfect attendance standards
• Professional dialect
• Typing skills: 30 words per minute, 90% Accuracy

Responsibilities:
• Actively listen to callers needs and fully resolve their questions or concerns.
• Advice on destinations and best possible travel arrangements
• Assist customers with reservations on air flights, rental cars, concerts, shows, amongst others.
• Ensure top-notch quality service for all customers.
• Obtain and input data in system.
• Provide 1st call resolution.
• Provide support to travel agencies as well as suppliers.
